They originally shipped this to me with an incorrect valve (two hot water side valves), so the cold water knob had to be in the wrong position. Amazon was great about refunding me the difference and Moen shipped me a valve free of charge with minimal hassle.
Apart from that hiccup, I love this thing. Big and beefy with solid chrome over heavy cast brass. This thing has wonderful heft and is a pleasure to own. Just treat it with some barkeepers friend every now and then and it'll look great. Install was a breeze, will definitely look to Moen commercial grade in future.
