poor vendor service
I bought this faucet in a different finish directly from Crystal Clear Supply. The installation hardware packet was incomplete. CCS's solution was to tell me to buy the missing part locally. It required visiting five home improvement and plumbing supply stores to find the uncommon part. I would NOT recommend this vendor.

needs to be tailored for use with Whirlpool RO filter
When remodeling kitchen, wanted to ditch the glossy chrome faucet that came with our Whirlpool RO filter (model WHER-25). Purchased this faucet to do the trick, but the fittings for the tubing are a different size than required for the WHER-25. My plumber was able to create an attachment to make it fit together, but now the filter makes a whiny/screechy sound when refilling after use that it didn't make with the Whirlpool faucet.
exactly as described
The faucet arrived earlier than I expected and included all the parts needed to replace a leaking faucet. It looks exactly like the picture.
The instructions weren't great, but were good enough.
I couldn't find any decent-looking faucets for less than $100 or so in my area stores. Home Depot only has the really cheap-looking lever faucets.
