Good replacement item for reasonable price
After a street repair our shower was behaving strangely so I took it apart and cleaned out the inlet filters (two removable cylinders sealed with an O-ring). However the shower was still not quite up to full flow. I bought one of these cartridges and put it in and now we have more water flow than we ever had before and it is more consistent. While I was inside the shower valve body I applied Lime-Out and gave it a good going over with a wire brush, and that might have helped also as there were some lime deposits. It is an easy repair, just keep track of the cartridge orientation; if you turn it 180 degrees it will work, but then you will get the opposite temperatures between full on and full off. You are supposed to go cold as you turn the water off, but if you get it wrong it will get hot as you go off. No big deal, just a little time wasted.

Works great, fixed my shower issue!!
My shower had almost no hot water coming through it in addition to weak pressure flow. I replaced the cartridge and still had the issue. Didnt realize that this part was faulty too. I replaced this and my shower now is as good as new. Awesome! Relatively easy repair as well, just a couple of screws.
