So far so good!
I have had this Aerator for about a week now and I have done the dishes a few times with it.
So far I really like it! Before the aerator we had a super powerful faucet that probably flowed at 2.5gpm or more. Doing the dishes would usually get your shirt wet. With the new Aerator there are no more wet shirts, and we are using a lot less water.
This aerator is adjustable (0.5 or 1.0 or 1.5gpm) The 0.5 setting is almost useless, it flows very low and doesnt even come out of all the holes. 1.0 and 1.5 are great though, just enough pressure and water to not notice a change. It is very easy to change the GPM, just a simple twist. The aerator also looks great on our faucet.

Easier than fiddling with the faucet handle
As it says, it has three settings, and they are easy to change. Looks wise, the threading shows, but I wasn't after looks. I currently use this for my kitchen sink. I got it because I was wanting to save water when rinsing, which is a lot of what I do. I find myself keeping it on 1.5 for drinking and filling the basin, .5 for rinsing plates, silverware, washing hands, and farm eggs, and 1 to 1.5 for rinsing bowls and pots. Seems sturdy enough after a week, so we'll see how it goes...
Adjustable flow aerator.
This aerator works as described, providing 3 different settings as needed. As others have reviewed, the highest setting is quite powerful and can create a lot of splashback out of shallow sinks. Filling the sink or a pitcher takes a little longer on high, but there is not much of a difference. Using the lower two settings can also create a lot of noise in a house with high water pressure as it simulates the engine of a jet airliner. The package included multiple washers and was threaded to fit different types of faucets.
That being said I am quite happy with the purchase. We replaced a stock 2.5gpm aerator. Even with the decrease in flow, there was an increase in pressure that allowed for easier rinsing of dishes. This was accomplished with creating multiple small diameter jets of water, instead of one giant low pressure flow. Even the low setting provides more cleansing then the stock aerator.
